Our office hours are typically Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
Appointments
You will receive telephonic appointment reminders the night prior to your appointment. You may also check your apointment time on our website and receive email and/or text message reminders. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If we have your email address on file, you will receive a log-in ID and password which will allow you to review your account, make on-line payments, and select appointment reminder options.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
